Our Story
Welcome To
La Rosilla.
La Rosilla, with it’s unique & delicious food and lifestyle, was created from the passion of owner Lynsey Drake. A gastronomic and cultural experience, located deep in the heart of the breathtaking Montes de Malaga, Andalucia, Spain. Local traditions, recipes and the abundance of fresh local ingredients, together with the flora, fauna and wonderful climate allow La Rosilla to showcase the area and all its wonderful bounty, in food, culture and walking experiences.
