We are incredibly proud and happy to have acquired La Biznaga, an ancient Casa del Pueblo, which we have lovingly restored for others to enjoy.
This historic home is a haven for those seeking the authentic beauty and tranquility of Comares, offering a perfect blend of tradition and comfort.
Accessed via an ancient cobbled street and through the dramatic Plaza de Verdiales, La Biznaga is a stunning townhouse that invites you to step back in time. Set across four distinctive levels, the home boasts walls a meter thick, graceful archways, and original terracotta and handmade tiles, each element telling the story of the house’s rich heritage. An imposing central staircase connects the two original houses, now beautifully unified into one.
Upon entry, you are welcomed into the Dining Hall, a space filled with character, featuring a cozy log burner, a dining area for six, and unique artwork that evokes the charm of a bygone era. Adjacent to this is the Snug, a quiet retreat perfect for relaxation. This floor also includes a large bathroom and a hallway leading to a spacious double bedroom.
Ascending from the dining hall, you’ll discover our quirky kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances yet carefully designed to preserve the original feel and authenticity of the house.
