Patio doors lead to many terraces to enjoy the views, rest & dine. A holiday at La Rosilla, will give you a chance to unwind and soak up the atmosphere of this truly beautiful location, whilst giving a base to explore the delights of Andalucia.

 

Located at the end of a private track, nestled in a dell, with uninterrupted views of the mountains beyond.  Situated with in its own 6000 sqm of Olive and Almond groves.  La Rosilla has many terraces, to take in all the views, sunbathe, take some shade, dine and just chill out at your leisure.

The house is ideal for families and children, and children can be free to explore, but please note this is mountain terrain. Very ‘Swallows & Amazons’

We have luxury loungers to enjoy the sun, an outside bbq area and kitchen with wine fridge.  A plunge pool, to enjoy and escape from the heat, or to sit in under the stars whilst enjoying a glass of vino.

La Rosilla, is surrounded by extensive terraces, and beautiful large pergola covered in a wonderful fruiting grapevine. The house is nestled into the mountain, with almond & olive trees, fig & fruit trees. The natural landscape & terrain is totally unspoilt. We have luxury sunbeds to relax on and plenty of outdoor seating and dining areas, so you can sit and eat in many areas.

We have a chillout Moroccan seating area, near our small plunge pool (2m x 2m), which is ideal to cool off in after the hot summer temperatures, or to sit in at night and star gaze with a glass of chilled fine.

Solano is approx. 10 kms from 2 lovely towns of Comares & Colmenar, both with restaurants, bars, banks, medical centre & swimming pools.

The Coast for beaches is 40 mins by car.  The Costa del Sol, has masses of coastal towns, to suit all tastes, traditional, fishing towns, busy bustling market towns, and tourist seaside resorts.

The city of Malaga is 30 mins away bu car, and there is an excellent bus route from Colmenar, which is very economical and a great way to visit the city, also bus routes to the beaches in the summer.

Other famous cities worth visiting, and within easy reach from La Rosilla are Granada, Seville, Cordoba & Ronda.
