FRESH FIG CHUTNEY.
A bowl full of Fresh figs, washed, halved or quartered if very big.
Red wine vinegar.
TBSP of Balsamic Vinegar.
Brown Sugar.
Mixed Spice 1-2 tsp.
Zest of an Orange.
1 Orange sliced and slices quartered.
(Caraway seeds optional).
Little seasoning.
Place everything in Saucepan, and cook on very low heat, stirring occasionally to thick and sticky approx . 1 hour.
Place in sterilized jars and keep in fridge.
Eat with cheese and biscuits, or on side with Roasted Chicken or Duck.
