The menu changes on each occasion, and guests will be forwarded the menu prior to arrival to make their choice. There will be a choice of vegetarian in each menu. This way I can ensure, everyone gets what they want and food is as fresh as it gets.

Whole trout, marinated with tomatoes & olives & herbs, stuffed with fennel
Butternut squash Tagine
A slow cooked dish of butternut squash, apricots & Sultanas – with Moroccan herbs.
Cheese and baked walnut Biscuits & homemade Membrillo.
