We catered for a an event to celebrate ‘Tastes of Espana’ in our clients wonderful home in Alhuarin de Le Torre, with spectacular views to the mountains and down to the coast and Malaga city beyond.
The perfect weather of clear skies & blue sunshine created the best backdrop and an alfresco dining experience, fabulous for February.
Guests were treated to Wild Mushroom, Chicken & Asparagus Arroz, cooked while they sipped and watched. Chorizo & white Bean Cazuela , & Moorish spiced Chickpeas & spinach, all mopped up with home-baked bread, and served with salads of, rocket, walnuts & pear, and Eggs with alioli & caper-berries on cogollos lettuce.
Relaxed and comfortably full, guests were suprised by traditional Flamenco dancing, a great ending to a relaxed Sunday afternoon.
