La Rosilla Andalucia

La Rosilla in its privileged location, is nestled in its own secluded dell in the Montes de Malaga natural park in Andalucia. With views to die for.  Surrounded by it’s own olive and almond trees, rugged landscape, this is real Spain, & rural living.  An area we would love to share with you.

Flowers of Andalucia

Andalucia is seasonally changing & dramatically different. The Montes de Malaga is rugged and raw. The area offers a chance to soak up the atmosphere & breathe in fresh air.

Springs full of bloom & blossom.

Summers with heat so intense, one can only but soak up the sun, and enjoy alfresco evenings in the moonlit sky.

Andalucia autumns, offer a bounty of fruits and vegetables, and a few months to pick-up tempo once more, as temperatures are warming and bearaable.

Andalucia winters in the Montes, are deceptive with clear blue skies and low sun. Great to hunt out a little corner to trap the sun, and raise ones face for warmth. The evenings are nipping , chilly and fresh. Mornings crisp with air so pure.  Log gathering for fuel, comfort food making.

Honey, Almonds, Olives, Jamon, Fino, Chorizo,

Tastes of  Andalucia, tastes of the mountains.
